Meet the AMAZINGLY Dedicated and Committed Kickbutt Staff

Katie Bibeau -  Kickbutt Kettle Bell Every Wednesdays 5:30pm and Total Body Tone Every Thursday at 5:30pm (Sub for Katie's Kickbutt Bootcamp and other classes) 
She  received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut in May 2007.  
Katie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA. She enjoys teaching group exercise classes as well as one-on-one training. She has a passion for fitness and likes to help motivate others to reach their fitness goals. She puts her personality into every class she teaches and makes them challenging and fun! 


  
Katie Fitzpatrick - 5:30am Katie's Kickbutt Bootcamp Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays, 8am Saturday Bootcamp, 9:30am Every Mondays, Every other Sunday Cardio Kickbutt Switch up 
Katie is a perfect fit for the Commit 2B Fit Studio with her energy and enthusiasm for Committing 2B Fit! Katie is super motivating and gives you the best work outs around always making you laugh and have fun while kicking butt! She is certified through AFAA in Group Fitness. 

A active runner and mother of 3 Katie loves working out and it shows it in all her classes. She is working towards her certification in Group Fitness. 





Lauren - Tuesday Arms and Abs ATTACK 5:30pm, Outdoor Bootcamp Tuesdays 7pm, Wednesdays Cardio Kickbutt Switch up 4:30pm and sub for Bootcamp and Boxing    
Lauren joined the Studio in November 2012 and has stay committed 
since participating in the Spartan race and several 5ks and 10ks! 

Her positive energy and enthusiasm is what the studio is all about.
Lauren takes working out very seriously and always challenges her students. 
Lauren was recently certified with AFAA in Group Fitness and is looking into advancing her education in fitness. Her classes are great for beginners and advance. Come Kickbutt with her!






Mini - Kickboxing Mondays 6:30pm

Mini has a passion for fitness and definitely knows how to kick some serious butt! Her Monday class gets your heart pumping from the very minute it starts. Mini has 7 years of martial arts training and works at several gyms around town. 

Mini's positive attitude, commitment, great spirit and enthusiasm makes her Kickboxing class one you don't want to miss! 









Melissa - Outdoor Bootcamp Thursdays 7pm and sub for Katie's Kickbutt Bootcamp

Melissa definitely lives the commit lifestyle and enjoys switching up her routine trying different classes to challenge herself. She LOVES running and has competed in 5 10k's and her first 1/2 marathon this year. 

Melissa got certified in February in Group Fitness with AFAA. Her passion for fitness, energy and commitment to getting you fit makes her a huge asset to our C2BF team.

Come try her class on Thursday at Fenno Basketball Court and challenge yourself!  





Melissa - Cardio Kickbutt Combo 10:30am Sundays (on maternity leave) 

Most of you have seen Melissa at several classes kicking butt upfront with confidence since it opened in October 2012. When she got certified in February with AFAA I knew the perfect class for her! Melissa will be taking over Cardio Kickbutt Combo every Sunday at 10:30am. Her passion for fitness, commitment, competitive nature and enthusiasm will surely make her class challenging. I am excited to have her apart of our Kickbutt staff team and can't wait to try her class!
