Katie Bibeau - Kickbutt Kettle Bell Every Tuesday 5:30pm and Tone, Tighten and Stretch Every Thursday at 5:30pm (Sub for Katie's Kickbutt Bootcamp and other classes)
She received her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut in May 2007.
Katie is a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor through AFAA. She enjoys teaching group exercise classes as well as one-on-one training. She has a passion for fitness and likes to help motivate others to reach their fitness goals. She puts her personality into every class she teaches and makes them challenging and fun!
Carmen - Zumba and Cardio Tone Monday and Wednesday at 7:15pm

A native of Chile, Carmen brings seven years experience in the in the fitness industry and a life-long passion for dance. Carmen is certified in Zumba as well as Les Mills's Sh’bam and BodyJam fitness dance programs. She specialized in developing a unique fusion of rythms and moves now available for Commit 2B Fit members!
Katie Fitzpatrick - 5:30am Katie's Kickbutt Bootcamp Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays and every other week 8:30am Saturday Partner Bootcamp, 9:30am Every Mondays
Katie is a perfect fit for the Commit 2B Fit Studio with her energy and enthusiasm for Committing 2B Fit! Katie is super motivating and gives you the best work outs around always making you laugh and have fun while kicking butt! She is certified through AFAA in Group Fitness.
A active runner and mother of 3 Katie loves working out and it shows it in all her classes. She is working towards her certification in Group Fitness.
Courtney - 9:30am Katie's Kickbutt Bootcamp Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am and Saturday 10:30am
Courtney is a huge fitness enthusiast who is highly committed to her family and friends. She has competed in several road races and obstacle course type events and is certified through AFAA with Group Fitness.
After over 1 1/2 years of Committing to Bootcamp she is now in the best shape of her life and has a passion of getting people excited about kicking butt. She takes working out very seriously and loves switching up the routine and challenging her students. Catch Court Monday at Noon Time Express and more to come! You will also see Courtney in class she loves learning from other instructors and we are happy to have her on our team.
Tracy from TEC Fitness - Piloxing Mondays at 6:15pm
Tracy every Monday 6:15pm brings her Commitment to the Fitness Industry to the studio with a fun, filled class called Piloxing combining Pilates and Boxing!
Tracy about 6 years ago looked into the mirror and didn't like what I saw, so decided to change my way of thinking. Started weight watchers, which really helped me with portion control. Started going to the gym, taking Zumba and most of all started running!! I lost 40lbs and have kept it off.2 years ago decided to get into the fitness industry. I went to Quincy college for exercise science/personal training. She is certified in Insanity and Piloxing. Tracy brings her passion and love of fitness to the Commit 2B Fit Studio every Monday!
Lauren - Kickbutt Kettle Bell Sundays 9:30am and Core 'n More Wednesdays 6:15pm
Lauren joined the Studio in November 2012 and has stay committed
since participating in the Spartan race and several 5ks and 10ks!
Her positive energy and enthusiasm is what the studio is all about.
Lauren takes working out very seriously and always challenges her students.
She currently teaches every Wednesday Core n More at 5:30pm and Kettle Bell 9:30am. Lauren was recently certified with AFAA in Group Fitness and is looking into advancing her education in fitness. Her classes are great for beginners and advance. Come Kickbutt with her!
Taylor - Katie's Kickbutt Bootcamp 5:30am and 9:30am and every other Saturday 8:30am Partner Bootcamp
Taylor has been kicking butt with Katie Kickbutt for a over 2 years now
and with her yoga and fitness background definitely knows how to
instructor a kickbutt class then it is sure to make you sweat.
Come Kickbutt withTaylor every Monday and Friday. She is always laughing and makes the hour long class fly by with fun!
Melissa - Cardio Kickbutt Combo 10:30am Sundays
Most of you have seen Melissa at several classes kicking butt upfront with confidence since it opened in October 2012. When she got certified in February with AFAA I knew the perfect class for her! Melissa will be taking over Cardio Kickbutt Combo every Sunday at 10:30am. Her passion for fitness, commitment, competitive nature and enthusiasm will surely make her class challenging. I am excited to have her apart of our Kickbutt staff team and can't wait to try her class!
